pAIRI measures your AI readiness across fifteen dimensions under five pillars: Mindset, Ethics and Responsibility, Value Creation, Data Literacy, and Tools and Technical Skills. Fifteen questions, one per dimension, place you on the readiness ladder from AI Unaware to AI Catalyst, with guidance for every pillar.
Your result arrives by email with a progression code. Keep it: the code links your retakes to each other, never to you, so after this course you can take pAIRI again and see exactly how far you moved.
The assessment lives on airihub.io. You can Take pAIRI whenever you are ready, then bring your result back here.

AI For Everyone (AI4E)
For working professionals
Thirty-five short lessons in three parts: know your readiness, understand how AI actually works, and work with the tools on your own real work. Free, no sign-in, nothing recorded.
The fun one. Sit down and spend an afternoon with AI Sing, who runs a Hokkien Mee stall, and listen to him teach AI as he shares his Hokkien Mee secrets at the same time.
pAIRI measures you. oAIRI measures your organisation: where it actually stands on the five pillars, and what to fix first. It runs on airihub.io alongside pAIRI, and it is where the organisations we work with start.
Why free, and why nothing is recorded
The course and the assessment are free because the mission is for every working professional to become AI Ready, not a subscription. AI Ready is the level pAIRI measures and the course trains toward: you can hold an informed conversation about AI in your field, and you use it on real work with your own judgement in the loop.
Nothing about you is recorded here, and that is deliberate. Ask why an assessment or a learning management system would need to know who you are, where you are, and which lessons you have completed. Most platforms collect all of it, because their business is profiling you and selling to you. This course proves they do not need it. There is no sign-in, no tracking, and no score kept on you anywhere on this site: your progress lives in your own browser, the site cannot tell anyone where you stopped because it never knew, and your pAIRI result goes to your email and nowhere else.
What we do keep is the minimum a service needs, and no more: an email when you ask for the newsletter or a download, what you downloaded, and which of the AIFN ecosystem sites you signed up with. This is the same email that carries your pAIRI and oAIRI reports. Unsubscribe and it stops. Everything else stays with you.
